Global & Sales helps to ensure and constantly develop a close contact to VP’s market. The department is responsible for the development of foreign business areas, T2S. The department is also responsible for sales and marketing.

Issuer Service
Senior Vice President Morten Kierkegaard

Issuer Service delivers solutions and know-how regarding register of shareholders, AGM, investor relations, investor related communication, insider reporting and administration of share-based payments. The department’s services are sold and delivered directly to companies and unit trusts.

Clearing & Custody Service
Senior Vice President Carsten Lebtien Mohr

Clearing & Custody Service undertakes the electronic issue of securities, registration of ownership and clearing and settlement of transactions. The department also handles accounts for foreign customers and depositories.

IT Service
Chief Information Officer (CIO) Carsten Nørgaard

The IT department develops and maintains VP’s existing systems portfolio to make sure that the systems fully comply with the customers’ requests.

Finance
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Thomas Pihl

Finance supports VP's organisation by performing financial and economical tasks and is responsible for budgets and accounts.

Corporate Development
Corporate Development is responsible for legal, communications and a number of national and international projects e.g. export of the Danish mortgage system. Furthermore Corporate Development is responsible for VP’s board and other committees.

Internal Audit
Chief Auditor Bent Poulsen

Internal Audit performs audit of VP's systems and procedures, in particular general it controls and application controls, in accordance with the Executive Order established by the Danish FSA, and advice on the establishment of new security and control measures. Furthermore, Internal Audit can perform audit and give advice to VP's subsidiaries.
