We are now able for example – as the only company – to digitalise all processes involved in an annual general meeting. We have also been the first company in the world to launch a solution for a 100% virtual annual general meeting. In addition to our unique system platform, we also look at surrounding processes. In partnership with some of Denmark’s leading lawyers, we have developed a new standard proxy form to ensure a more efficient and unambiguous process for the submission and handling of proxies.
