Articles of association and regulations
VP's statutes regulate aspects of VP's organisation and businesses, inter alias VP's purpose, capital relations, governing bodies, external and internal systems audits and capital capability.
Pursuant to the 1995 Act, VP must maintain a minimum capital capability of DKK 1 billion to which participating account controllers are obligated to contribute.
