vp.ONLINE™ gives you direct access to VP's services and an easy, flexible means of reporting transactions and receiving information on the status of transactions etc.
vp.ONLINE™ is a unique and very user-friendly web-based customer service system, developed for back-office functions in financial companies that trade in the Danish market.
The system has been developed in close co-operation with the users and it will be constantly developed in line with market demands and requests.
vp.ONLINE™ provides you with a large number of functionalities:
Settlement
With vp.ONLINE™ you can report your trades for settlement in VP. You can monitor the settlement process online, which enables you to quickly follow up on any unsettled trade transactions. You can also receive information on your cash requirement, your holdings and much more.
Batch signing
Batch signing makes it possible to sign and send updated transactions such as reporting of preadvices, instructs and cancellation of trades and cancellation of instructs in one batch.
Download to your own system
You can download the reports from vp.ONLINE™ to your own systems or print them as documentation. The reports can be downloaded either as comma separated files (CSV) or as XML.
ISIN allotment
As an Issue Administrator you can require ISINs for bonds, shares and other financial instruments via vp.ONLINE™.
User administration
Via access as a Master User, you can easily add new users and grant them with the rights matching the vp.ONLINE™ functionality to which they have access.
Setting up and maintaining bonds issues
As an Issue Administrator you can simplify the work process in connection with setting up and maintaining bonds issues by reporting issuer information to VP.
