We hold your accounts and give you the possibility to report your trades and transactions directly to VP, reducing the risk of making errors and extending your deadlines. Furthermore, we keep you informed on all types of corporate actions (e.g. general meetings, mergers, purchase offers, etc.) affecting the securities on your accounts.
Web interface
If you choose to report your trades yourself, VP offers a unique and very user-friendly web-based customer service system called vp.ONLINE™. Via vp.ONLINE™ you can report your trades, follow their status, view your holding and cash requirement and much more.
SWIFT
You can also report your trades and receive information about corporate actions via SWIFT. VP is fully compliant with ISO 15022 SWIFT standard.
Back-office
You can also choose to outsource your entire back-office to VP Custody Service. Consequently, VP reports your trades and follows up on them (e.g. lack of matching and cash/securities cover).
